Will conversion reduce quality? Converting to JPG can introduce slight loss at lower quality settings; use high quality (e.g. 90%) for important photos. Converting to PNG is lossless. We don’t recompress beyond the conversion you choose.
What file size can I convert? We support files up to a few MB for fast in-browser processing. For very large batches, process in smaller groups.
Can I convert multiple images? Use the tool for one file at a time. For batch conversion or other formats, try our convert image page. To reduce file size after converting, use our compress image tool.
Are my files secure? Yes. Conversion happens in your browser only. Your images never leave your device and we do not store, copy, or transmit them to our servers.
